Kingsrich Holds WorkBuddy Training for Everyday AI-Assisted Office Work

On 19 September 2026, Kingsrich held a WorkBuddy training session to help colleagues explore the use of AI in everyday office work. The programme combined basic operations with practical examples of document handling, spreadsheet processing and workplace collaboration.

The training covered how to describe a task clearly, provide source materials and choose a suitable working mode. It also introduced model selection and the use of connectors and skills for common office tasks. The emphasis was on starting with a small sample, checking the result and then extending the approach to a larger workload.

Examples in the training materials included comparing two spreadsheets, setting reminders for expiring documents, converting spreadsheet information into a web page, and consolidating registration, attendance and feedback records. Other examples explored summarising PDF documents and organising meeting notes, with attention to retaining the original files and checking key requirements.

Accuracy and responsible file handling were important parts of the programme. Colleagues were reminded to check dates, document versions and information marked as pending confirmation. The training also emphasised keeping backups, working on copies and reviewing the proposed actions before deleting, overwriting, moving or sharing files. Access to connected services depends on the permissions actually granted.

For teams supporting apparel development and supply chain operations, clear information and reliable records are essential to daily coordination. This session provided an opportunity to explore how AI can assist with routine administrative work while keeping colleagues responsible for reviewing the output.

The WorkBuddy training reflects Kingsrich's continued attention to employee learning and the practical use of digital tools. Its focus on everyday tasks and careful verification supports an approach in which technology assists people and the quality of the final work remains the priority.
