At Kingsrich’s 2026 Horse Year Annual Meeting, we brought together teams across business, design, sourcing, manufacturing and support functions to review 2025 progress, share strategic priorities, and strengthen alignment across customers, production, talent and digital transformation.

Kingsrich held its annual company-wide meeting themed around the Year of the Horse, bringing together teams across business, design, sourcing, manufacturing and support functions.
The meeting reviewed Kingsrich’s progress in 2025 and highlighted continued development across key business areas. Compared with 2024, we achieved approximately 24% year-on-year growth, demonstrating steady momentum under a changing global market environment.
Across our customer portfolio, several key business groups continued to show strong progress. Some major customer segments achieved growth of around 68%, 78%, 126% and over 200%, reflecting stronger customer collaboration, more responsive development capabilities and growing demand across diversified product categories. New and emerging collaborations also contributed to our broader market expansion.
In terms of production scale, Kingsrich delivered nearly 12 million garments in 2025. China remained our largest production base, accounting for approximately 77% of total output, while Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia continued to support our multi-country manufacturing network. This regional setup enabled more flexible production allocation, helping us balance product complexity, capacity planning and delivery timelines across different markets.
Product development remained a key driver of our operational strength. In 2025, we developed about 4,800 samples and produced over 1,000 styles across core categories including jackets, trousers, shirts, coats, cotton-padded garments and dresses. Jackets accounted for approximately 32% of total production volume, followed by trousers at around 26%, highlighting Kingsrich’s continued strength in woven outerwear, structured garments and commercially relevant product development.
The meeting also emphasized organizational and operational upgrades. Kingsrich continued to refine its global structure, establish new business units and strengthen collaboration between China-based teams and overseas design and sales resources. We also made further progress in digital transformation, including the development of management dashboards, financial systems and early-stage AI tools to support internal decision-making and operational efficiency.
Talent development and organizational capability building were also key topics. We strengthened our recruitment and training systems, improved structured evaluation mechanisms during onboarding, and continued to enhance talent quality through more targeted development and assessment programs.
Looking ahead, Kingsrich reaffirmed its focus on strengthening customer relationships, enhancing design-driven development, expanding flexible manufacturing capacity, and advancing digital and AI-enabled operations. We will continue building a more resilient, efficient and globally connected supply chain to support international fashion brands with stronger development capability, reliable execution and long-term value.
The meeting concluded with a shared message of ambition and momentum for the Year of the Horse, emphasizing collaboration, adaptability and continued progress across the organization.
